MoonMarble.com offers you several choices for shipping your purchase.

USPS Priority Mail (2 - 4 Working Days)

**Note: The 1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day Priority Mail options indicate approximate shipping time estimated by the Postal Service based on distance and are not guaranteed shipping times.**

UPS Ground (4 - 5 Working Days)

UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Working Days)

UPS Next Day Air (1 Working Day)

How quickly does your order ship?

We ship out packages Tuesday through Friday and when possible packages are sent out the same day that the order is received. Priority Mail items are almost always sent out the morning after the order is received, Tuesday thru Friday. Expedited UPS orders must be placed before 8:00 am Central Time in order to be sent out the same day. Bulk orders on marbles may take longer to ship out. Sometimes, we may be out of stock on an item. If this is the case, we will contact you. All Friday orders after 12:00 Noon Central Time are shipped out the following Tuesday.

Customer signature required?

USPS Priority Mail shipping currently does NOT require a signature to release packages at their destination. If you are in any way concerned about safely receiving your order you have two choices; you can ship the order Express, and have them sent overnight or you can have the order shipped Certified Mail which is an extra feature added onto the Priority Mail service. Canadian Shipping Address?

Attention!: There may be additional broker fees applied by UPS if your shipping address is in Canada.  Here is a chart outlining the fee structure: 2017 Brokerage Rate Guide.pdf.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If this must be done after an order has already been placed, we will contact you before adjusting your order. We try to be as accurate with our pricing as possible. However, we do occasionally make mistakes and may need to make adjustments. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Due to the fact that our website and our physical store share an inventory, we sometimes sell out of something in our store that is still shown as available on our website. We will notify our customers promptly if this happens and do our best to remedy the situation by backordering, substituting upon customer approval, or refunding the order.
